COVID-19 has certainly created a new way of doing business within the manufacturing sector and across almost all lines of business. The current pandemic has forced businesses to quickly and dramatically change how they work, communicate and offer their products and services.

Due to the immergence of virtual meetings, trainings and a major digital progression over the last six months, our efficiency and effectiveness is improving with more time without travel. Remote Servicing has experienced a tremendous boost in our industry. This is nothing new for us. Engineers are used to working remotely.
Automation continues to be a key component in our process and advances in automation and robotics have drastically increased productivity across a number of manufacturing processes in our industry and others.
The time we were given back due to the restrictions that were put on businesses has given us a chance to rethink our operations from top to bottom and become even more resilient.
