A combination of stainless steel hooks and mild steel crossarms. The box-like welded construction gives the X crossbars superior strength and enables them to survive repeated stripping. Our stock components of the X crossbar can be ordered with "V" or "C" bottom, hooks welded perpendicular to the frame. X-BARS-W-HV (For heavier parts) 0.120" diameter, stainless steel wire hooks welded to 1/4" mild steel cross-wires. Standard crossbar lengths are 30" and 40" with spacing of 2", 3", or 5".
