This masking cap is designed with internal ridges to improve placement and removal, and the lip around the cap also masks it easy to center. As a special feature, the cap has a recessed area on the top, which can be punctured. This design eliminates the common problem with standard masking caps of vacuum creation during the removal of the cap from the masked product. Recommended for use in powder coating, liquid coating, e-coating, anodizing and plating. This masking cap will withstand 600°F (350°C).
