These masking caps can be used to mask threaded and non-threaded studs or threaded and non-threaded holes. These silicone caps are flexible and can conform to irregular shapes, making them a great solution for your shop's masking needs. Recommended for use in powder coating, liquid coating, e-coating, anodizing and plating. The masking cap will withstand 600° F (350° C). The high-grade silicone product is re-usable and will not migrate, melt or harden. Color-coded for easy identification.
